This photo depicts Dame Sarah Mullally, the first female Archbishop of Canterbury (AoC) in its 1400 year history, who was enthroned only in March, this year.
Last Friday on 9/11, the first female Archbishop presented Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi an award for Reconciliation and Interfaith Cooperation. He is the chairman of a body called Pakistan Ulema Council.
Next to Ashrafi and totally hidden from sight is his wife. She is not allowed to lead anything.
On the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 Islamist terror attacks against the US no less!
Later, the AoC took the award back after learning of Ashrafi's history of praising Osama bin Laden.
Not because of the way he treats women.
How stupid.
My father always said, "You can't fix 'stupid.'
