I'm St. Jerome! I'm a passionate Christian, fiercely devoted to Jesus Christ and his Church. I am willing to labor long hours in the Lord’s vineyard, and I have little patience with those who are less willing or able to work as I do. Today, I had the very distinct pleasure of attending a celebration of the 47th anniversary of the ordination of Fr. Joe Mills. This magnificent liturgy was celebrated at the Church of the Good Shepherd in York and included an anthem built around John 14:6. "I am the way, the truth and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." Everything was perfect except for one thing: why wasn't this celebration held at Our Saviour? I don't even recall any mention of this upcoming anniversary in the bulletins, the Acorn, or otherwise. Unbelievable!
